“Our youth group already had good relationship with RASTI, our partner organization.

That hasn’t changed, but ILDC gave us an opportunity to think about the quality of our relationship.
Throughout the sessions, the participants discussed a lot about giving/receiving feedback and supporting learning of one another. I was supported by other participants when I could not catch up the discussion.

I knew the word of participatory approach. But I experienced for myself and learned it through this course.”
