“In ILDC, we create our own learning through participating in various discussions and taking responsibilities in managing the sessions.  They are not easy things to do, but that process opens the door for the participants to encounter unexpected learning experiences, which I found fascinating.  I would like to be able to use this method to improve the participation and engagement of people in my own community.”
