Study group on Health Assembly for social participation in Health-related Policy
The Health Assembly (HA) was established in Tamil Nadu in India at state and district level in 2021. It was appeared that these HAs were modeled after the National Health Assembly of Thailand which started since 2008.
In 2024 Ms. Khanitta Saeiew and Mr. Savariouradimi Josephstalin launched a new initiative for learning from one another and exploring the strategies to improve the HA in both Thailand and Tamil Nadu, India. They try involving their working partners and other ILDC alumni in this endeavor.
