Observer Eligibility
To be considered as an observer, applicants must:
Have a clear purpose for observing the course and a plan to apply the insights in their own field activities
Submit an observation report within two weeks after the visit
Cover all personal expenses, including travel, food, and accommodation
Attend as an observer, not as a participant
(Sharing experiences or opinions during sessions is not allowed without prior permission from the training organizers and participants.)
How to Apply
If you are interested in observing the course, please email AHI (info@ahi-japan.jp) by September 20. In your email, kindly include the following information:
Your objectives for observing the course, and how you intend to apply the insights in your own work
Your intended arrival and departure dates at the training venue
Your ability in speaking, listening, writing, and reading Hindi
The course will take place from November 4 to 14. You are welcome to observe on selected days, depending on your availability. However, please note that we are unable to inform you in advance of the specific topics for each day, as the detailed content and schedule will be decided by the participants on the first day of the course. For your reference, we have attached the course schedules from 2024.
Applicants who are not Indian nationals should independently confirm their visa requirements before applying.
